Kugelhopf
With this recipe participate in the contest Mani Manitoba. It's not really a traditional Kugelhopf. It 's a mix that you can not work at hand because it is very very soft so it would be the case un'impastatrice use or as I did the bread machine.
I Ingredients: Flour
200 00 150
manitoba flour 1 egg 150
warm milk sugar
100 100 130
soft butter 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
chocolate chips 2 teaspoons baking powder brewer's dried
Procedure:
mix the flour sugar egg and the yeast dissolved in milk. Towards the end add the butter soft pieces. Let rise a couple of hours. Add the dough and nuts and chocolate chips. UUngendosi hands put the dough into the mold greased and floured. Let rise 1 hour and a half.
Bake 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
