How To Make Cargo Nets

I have so many photos of many recipes, but I never find time to update the blog ... I made these meatballs a bit 'Peerce time ago I had found the fair market baccaclĂ  already soaked (mttutino around the market are able to afford it to me because I went to donate blood, and therefore no job for a day!) But
like all good balls that do not meet the precise doses there are, say roughly the ingredients used are as follows. 300 g dried cod soaked
2 tablespoons black olives, pitted and chopped 1 tablespoon capers

well rinsed 1 egg
breadcrumbs as required.

The meatballs are fried (I tried to put them in the oven) I then made a greek yogurt sauce and dried tomatoes.
A child has eaten up the two ... could be worse: o))
