The human consequences the crime of illegal immigration are far more important than legal ones, since the same dehumanized life comes with it.
The various amnesties that are repeated year after year, often involve periods in which the fish illegal immigrants are allowed to emerge to breathe without being caught: with the "emergence" (this is the word used!) They can demonstrate that their bodies are useful and usable for the Italian economy.
Then reopen the hunting season ... and the fish must go into hiding ....
.... and wait for inflation to rise again the face value of their lives above zero, with the next amnesty.
