Nonviolent Action
"We human beings have the great gift of a symbolic language through which we communicate, and communicate directly with our actions. Since language is an abstraction referring to symbolic objects, relationships and concepts, words can be more or less accurate in an attempt to describe reality. Language can be wrong and people can lie. Lying is a subtle form of violence, since almost no regard for others or fear of reality. Separate us from the truth means to separate us from reality. To be honest with ourselves we must be with others. "
